Join us on Thursday, July 29th for an educational evening in Williams.
Farmers, landowners, and anyone curious about conservation practices are encouraged to attend.
Featuring news about financial incentives from the Southfork Watershed Alliance available through a Water Quality Initiative grant for landowners in the South Fork Iowa River Watershed interested in adding conservation work, like edge of field practices such as buffer strips, saturated buffers, bioreactors and wetlands. Presentations will be made by Brent Larson with Sunderman Farm Management, a Hamilton County conservationist, as well as Iowa State Extension Field Agronomist, Angie Rieck-Hinz and Hamilton County and Hardin County SWCD Commissioners.
